Nouaison Gin is a refined distillate that stands out for its aromatic complexity and depth of flavors. Produced with artisanal methods, this gin represents a sublime expression of distillation savoir-faire, leveraging a meticulous selection of premium botanicals.

On the nose, Nouaison Gin opens with vibrant citrus notes and a light floral touch, followed by more robust and spicy hints that evoke black pepper and cardamom. This nasal complexity invites a full tasting, where the aromatic profile beautifully evolves in the mouth.

On the palate, the gin has a smooth and round texture, with a perfect balance between sweetness and a sharp spiciness. Citrus continues to dominate but blends elegantly with impressions of juniper and star anise, creating a persistent and incredibly refreshing finish.

Produced with a particular distillation process that includes the use of a traditional still, Nouaison Gin is ideal to be enjoyed neat or as the base for sophisticated cocktails. The high alcohol content (about 45%) intensifies the botanicals used, making each sip a true sensory experience.

Perfect for gin lovers with a demanding palate, Nouaison is an excellent choice for those looking for a high-quality product that elevates the drinking experience. It pairs beautifully with neutral tonics to enhance its complexity or can be used in bolder cocktails like a Martini or Negroni.

In summary, Nouaison Gin 70cl is not just a distillate, but a gustatory journey that celebrates the art of distillation with every drop.
