The Goldmuskateller Trocken Alto Adige DOC from Cantina Bozen is a dry white wine that expresses the aromatic character of the variety. In the glass it shows a bright straw-yellow color and a fresh aromatic profile: white flowers, musky muscat notes, citrus hints and a touch of white peach, accompanied by a light herbal note. The nose is immediate but not overpowering, leaving room for a clear, linear palate.

On the palate it confirms its dry nature with good acidity, a slender body, balance between freshness and sapidity and a clean, persistent finish without excess. It is suited to early consumption and pairs well with a range of dishes: antipasti, summer salads, grilled fish, seafood and fresh cheeses. Ideal as an aperitif wine or with light meals. Serve well chilled, around 8–10 °C, in not-too-large glasses to enhance the aromas.
