Bonaventura Maschio Grappa 903 Riserva d’Autore is an Italian grappa with an intense and elegant character. It pays tribute to the distillery’s founder, Bonaventura Maschio, who was born in 1903. The number 903 on the label refers to that year and identifies one of the most representative expressions of the Venetian distillery. Made using a traditional distillation method, it has an amber colour and a rich, complex aromatic profile.
Ageing in barriques gives the grappa structure and pleasant woody notes. The nose reveals spicy aromas, dried flowers, candied fruit, tobacco and vanilla, while the palate is harmonious, balanced and persistent. The 70 cl bottle comes in an elegant presentation box, making it a refined gift choice as well. Alcohol content: 40% vol. Best enjoyed slowly, allowing its distinctive personality and the richness of its ageing-derived aromas to develop fully.

Distillation
Copper stills; traditional batch distillation for typical grappas; vacuum low-temperature distillation for the Prime Uve line (grape distillates).
Ageing
Maturation in wood barrels/barrique for the Barrique versions and for some Prime Uve (e.g. Prime Uve Nere) — official documentation cites rests and maturations up to 24 months for some labels; non-aged versions have minimum rests indicated in the product sheets (e.g. minimum rest cited for the 903 Tipica).
