Produced by the renowned B.Maschio distillery, this grappa is obtained from carefully selected grape pomace, which after fermentation undergoes a bain-marie distillation process in small copper stills. This method helps preserve the most delicate nuances of the original scents and flavors of the grapes.
After distillation, the Grappa 903 Riserva D'Autore is aged for a long time in oak barriques, which give it an attractive amber color and enrich its aromatic profile with hints of vanilla, cocoa, and sweet spices, wrapped in an allure of harmonious complexity.
