This Arneis grappa interprets the grape’s character with lightness and precision: it presents a fragrant aromatic profile, with notes of white flowers and delicate hints of white-fleshed fruit, supported by a barely perceptible herbaceous tone. On the palate it shows good clarity and controlled softness; the texture is fresh and linear rather than robust, with a gentle warmth that accompanies without overpowering. The finish is pleasant and invites another sip.

It suits those looking for a grappa with personality but not intrusive, ideal as an after-dinner spirit for lovers of fresh, aromatic distillates. Try it slightly chilled, in not-too-large glasses, or paired with small fruit-based desserts or dark chocolate; it also pairs well with lightly aged soft cheeses. A product that tells the story of the grape variety without complications, with elegance and simplicity.
