The Grappa di Barbera presents a frank, distinctive profile: on the nose there are notes of red berries with a faint jammy touch, delicate floral nuances and a light spicy hint that does not overpower.

On the palate it shows a medium‑full body, well‑balanced roundness and a fresh texture that keeps the sip clean; warmth is present but integrated, while its persistence offers pleasantly balanced aromatic echoes. The finish is linear and enjoyable, suitable both for those looking for a grappa to contemplate and for those who prefer to accompany it with coffee or a square of dark chocolate. The magnum format makes it convenient for convivial moments or for anyone who wants an impressive bottle on display; serve slightly chilled to appreciate its finesse, or at room temperature to better grasp its depth and structure. Pairings with aged cheeses or dry pastries enhance its versatility without masking its character.
