Grappa di Barolo Cannubi 50cl - Borgogno comes from the heart of the Piedmont Langhe, one of the most prestigious areas for Italian viticulture. Obtained from the distillation of Nebbiolo pomace, the same grape that produces the famous Barolo, this grappa elegantly embodies the territoriality and artisanal tradition of the winery. The maturation takes place in small steel tanks, preserving the purity and freshness of the typical aromatic notes of Nebbiolo. On the nose, it opens with intense scents of rose, sweet spices, and a hint of red fruits, which blend with notes of aromatic herbs and a slight balsamic nuance. On the palate, it is enveloping, soft, and dry at the same time, with a persistent finish that recalls the mineral nuances typical of the Langhe territory. Perfect as a digestive, it pairs wonderfully with dark chocolate or aged cheeses.
