This Mazzetti Rouchè Barricata Grappa offers a restrained and distinctive interpretation of Rouchè pomace: ageing in wood gives it a soft texture without overpowering the varietal identity. Presented in a 70 cl bottle and gift box, it retains fragrant aromas evoking flowers and ripe red fruit, with a delicate toasted note; the wood’s grain brings hints of vanilla and sweet spices, well balanced and never intrusive. On the palate it is warm and enveloping, with a pleasant roundness and a good balance between alcoholic strength and aromatic clarity; the texture is silky, supported by a persistence that leaves a savory and slightly toasted return.

Serve in small glasses, at room temperature or slightly chilled, as a digestif after a meal or paired with dark chocolate and aged cheeses; the elegant packaging also makes it an ideal choice for gifting or for keeping in a collection.
