Paglierina Grappa aged for 6 years, elegantly packaged, is a superb creation by the Romano Levi distillery, known for its craftsmanship and passion for respecting ancient Piedmontese traditions. The winery is located in the heart of the Langhe, a region famous for its high-quality wines and spirits.

This grappa is exclusively obtained from the distillation of selected pomace of Paglierina grapes, a typical variety of the region which gives the distillate a unique and distinctive aroma. The distillation process follows traditional methods that preserve the purity and essence of the original fruit. Subsequently, the grappa is aged for six years in oak barrels, which give it extraordinary complexity and refined smoothness.

Visually, it presents a bright, inviting amber color. On the nose, it offers a rich bouquet with notes of ripe fruit, vanilla, and subtle hints of sweet spices due to the influence of the wood. On the palate, Paglierina Grappa is velvety and harmonious, with a perfect balance between the strength of the alcohol and the sweetness of the fruity and spicy tones.

Perfect to enjoy after a meal as a digestif, it pairs beautifully with dark chocolate or a fine cigar. Furthermore, the elegant packaging makes it an ideal gift for lovers of high-quality spirits or for those who wish to discover the richness of Italian distillation tradition.

Carefully packaged, this product is not just a distillate, but a true sensory experience that celebrates the art of Italian distillation.
