The Grumarello Carmignano Riserva DOCG from Artimino is presented in Jeroboam format, an impressive bottle that underlines the wine's structural character. Hailing from the Carmignano DOCG designation, it offers a rich, composed aromatic profile: notes of ripe red fruit intertwine with spicy and slightly earthy nuances, with an overall sense of balanced concentration. On the nose and palate a tannic thread is present yet well integrated, supporting a saline, enveloping structure without excess. Freshness balances the body, giving a pleasant persistence that invites another tasting.

It is advisable to serve it at a moderate temperature (around 16–18 °C) to appreciate its complexity; it pairs convincingly with red meat dishes, simply prepared game and aged cheeses. The Jeroboam format makes it suitable for convivial moments, important dinners, or as a bottle to share on special occasions. For opening, a short decantation and the use of a large glass can help to open the aromatic profile; for storage, stable cellar conditions are preferable.
