Il Bruciato from Tenuta Guado al Tasso, offered by Marchesi Antinori under the Bolgheri DOC designation, is a red wine focused on balance and approachability. Deep ruby in color, it opens with a frank bouquet of ripe red fruit, light spicy hints and touches of Mediterranean herbs. On the nose, fruity tones are evident without excess, supported by a clean, well-defined aromatic profile that invites tasting.

On the palate it displays structure, well-defined but not aggressive tannins, and a balance between softness and freshness that makes it versatile. The progression is straightforward, with a persistence that recalls the initial aromas. It pairs with meat dishes, moderate roasts, semi-aged cheeses and everyday preparations that call for a balanced red wine. Serve around 16–18 °C; a brief decanting can help open the aromas.
