The Cabernet Franc DOC from Vigna del Lauro is a wine of exquisite quality, coming from the renowned Isonzo area, known for its gravelly soils which lend a particular intensity and aromatic complexity to the wines. This label represents an excellent expression of Cabernet Franc, a grape variety that finds in the Isonzo an ideal habitat to express all its potential.

On the nose, this wine offers a rich and intense aromatic range with clear notes of wild berries, green pepper, and light herbal nuances, typical of Cabernet Franc. These aromas are skillfully balanced with hints of vanilla and sweet spices derived from aging in barriques.

On the palate, it is structured and well-balanced, with good acidity that ensures freshness and longevity. The tannins are soft and velvety, making each sip pleasantly harmonious. The aftertaste lingers elegantly, leaving a long impression of ripe red fruits and a slight spicy touch.

Vigna del Lauro Cabernet Franc pairs perfectly with grilled red meats, game-based dishes, and aged cheeses. It is also an excellent choice for an evening of conversation by the fireplace.

This wine, with its elegant complexity and harmonious balance, not only satisfies the palate but also invites reflection on the peculiarities of the Isonzo territory, making it an outstanding representative of Italian Cabernet Francs.
