The Isonzo Chardonnay DOC from Vigna del Lauro is a true celebration of elegance and sophistication, emanating from the gravelly and rich soils of Friuli Venezia Giulia. This Chardonnay is famous for its sophisticated structure and intense aromatic expressiveness that characterizes it.

Meticulously produced by Vigna del Lauro, a winery known for its dedication to managing every stage of the winemaking process, this Chardonnay boasts a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, it stands out for its fresh and clean aromas of white-fleshed fruits such as apple and pear, enriched by hints of vanilla and light floral notes coming from its brief maturation in barrique.

On the palate, the Isonzo Chardonnay DOC reveals a velvety texture and phenomenal balance between crisp acidity and rich creaminess, making it exceptionally persistent and enjoyable. The harmony of its flavors concludes with a long and aromatic finish that recalls the freshness of the fruits and the spicy sweetness of the wood.

To enhance its qualities, it can be served chilled at a temperature of 10-12°C. This Chardonnay is ideal for pairing with rich fish dishes, such as salmon in lemon cream, or can be matched with starters of soft and delicate cheeses.

Not only is it an excellent choice for special occasions, but it is also a wine that can be enjoyed on its own, for a moment of pure sensory pleasure. A must for connoisseurs looking for a high-quality Chardonnay, distinctive and with a strong territorial identity.
