Refined and of measured character, this 2005 vintage Armagnac from Sasu Un Petit Grain offers an olfactory profile that favors finesse: ripe fruit and honeyed notes intertwine with delicate sweet spices and a touch of vanilla. On the palate it is round and warm, with a balanced structure that supports hints of toasted wood and sweet tobacco without being intrusive; the finish is long and subtle, able to evolve in the glass and reveal new nuances over time.

The presentation in a wooden box enhances its gift appeal and makes storage easier. Enjoyed in a tulip glass, at room temperature or slightly warmed, it invites contemplation: excellent with dark chocolate or aged cheeses, and also as a digestif after a meal. A few drops of water can lift its aromas without affecting its depth, making the sip even more pleasant and nuanced.
