The LH2 Extra Brut Spumante by Umani Ronchi is one of the prestigious labels produced by the renowned winery from the Marche region, known for its excellent interpretation of the territory and the production of high-quality wines. This sparkling wine is distinguished by its refined composition and rigorous production method, making it a true gem for lovers of Italian bubbles.

Originating from vineyards located in the most suitable areas of the Marche, this sparkling wine is primarily made from Verdicchio grapes, with a small percentage of other local varieties, contributing to a harmonious and elegant blend. The winemaking follows the traditional method of fermentation in the bottle, also known as the classic method, which ensures the finesse and persistence of the bubbles.

The LH2 presents itself in the glass with a light straw-yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers a complex and inviting bouquet, with notes of fresh fruit such as melon and white peach, enriched by nuances of brioche and yeast, due to the aging of at least 24 months on the lees.

In the mouth, freshness is the protagonist, supported by a lively and well-balanced acidity that leads to a long, clean finish. The fruity notes perfectly intertwine with the more mature ones of toasted bread and almond, creating a complex and satisfying tasting experience.

The LH2 Extra Brut Spumante by Umani Ronchi is ideal as an aperitif but pairs beautifully with dishes based on fish, seafood, and delicate cuisine. An excellence to discover and to offer for special occasions or to elevate your daily dinners to a higher level.
