Type Liquor
Aromatic profile Fresh, citrusy, intense lemon aroma
Ingredients Lemons, alcohol, sugar, water
Format 300 cl
Gradation 30.0%
Distillation method Traditional pot still distillation
Color Straw yellow
Consumption Digestif, serve cold or with ice
On first contact, fresh peel and a clean citrus scent emerge, supported by a measured sweetness that does not overpower the freshness. The sip is lean yet enveloping, with lively acidity and a slight soft note that provides balance; the persistence plays on echoes of candied lemon and a hint of pectin that makes the finish harmonious and pleasant without weighing it down. The acidic tension is well balanced and ensures a clean palate, ideal for those seeking a linear, not cloying profile.

Perfect served well chilled as a digestif, it also lends itself to mixing in cocktails that require a fresh, aromatic ingredient, or as an accompaniment to cream-based desserts, semifreddos and fruit. The 300 cl boxed Jeroboam by Mazzetti is designed for those who want an impressive bottle to share or for service occasions: practical to dose, it fits discreetly into the mise en place and enhances simple pairings without overpowering their flavors.
