On the palate the wine displays controlled freshness and a saline thread that supports the sip without weighing it down. Light to medium body, balance between acidity and softness, clean and moderately persistent finish. It pairs with seafood and light preparations, vegetables, antipasti and fresh cheeses; best served cool but not cold. As this is a general description, we recommend evaluating each bottle individually: sensory characteristics and intensity may vary depending on storage conditions and the vintage. To appreciate the subtleties, open the bottle shortly before service and use a tulip glass.
