The Marche Rosato IGT from Tenuta Manoylo shows a pale, clear, bright pink color that invites immediate tasting. On the nose it offers delicate scents of small red fruits and field flowers, remaining subtle and unobtrusive. On the palate it displays a fresh, smooth texture with pleasant salinity and a balance that favors drinkability; the finish is clean and encourages another sip, without excess.

It works well as an aperitif and also to accompany light dishes: salads, antipasti featuring delicate cured meats, grilled fish or vegetable preparations. Best served chilled, around 10–12 °C, in a wide glass that enhances the aromas.
