The Passerina Marche IGT from Tenuta Manoylo is a white wine offering a sober and genuine expression of the grape within the Marche IGT designation. It shows a pale straw colour; on the nose it tends to reveal delicate notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus peel and light floral hints that remain restrained. On the palate it displays freshness and balanced acidity, a light to medium body and a controlled texture that favours drinkability; the finish is clean and dry, inviting immediate consumption.

Recommended with starters, simple fish dishes, shellfish, salads and fresh cheeses, as well as for informal aperitif moments. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, in not too large glasses to concentrate the aromatic sensations. It suits those seeking an everyday, discreet white to be enjoyed young; store in a cool, dark place until serving.
