Su'Aro by Su'entu is a gem of enological excellence from the soils of Marmilla, a region whose generous nature is reflected in the unique qualities of this IGT wine. This label is an expression of the strong bond with the territory and Su'entu winery's passion for quality viticulture.

Su'Aro is primarily composed of Bovale and Monica grapes, native varieties that, when cultivated under the unique pedoclimatic conditions of this area in Sardinia, develop a distinctive and rich aromatic profile. The winemaking process is carried out with great attention to detail: after a manual harvest, the grapes are vinified separately and then blended to create a wine with surprising balance.

To the eye, Su'Aro presents itself with a deep red color, almost impenetrable, indicating its structure and vigor. On the nose, it opens with an intensely aromatic bouquet featuring notes of ripe fruit like plums and blackberries, followed by spicy hints of black pepper and a slight vanilla touch, resulting from the wood aging.

On the palate, Su'Aro promises a well-defined structure with soft yet persistent tannins. The balance between acidity and alcohol is admirably managed, leading to a full taste that fills the mouth, ending with a long and pleasantly persistent finish.

This is a wine that can be enjoyed now but also has excellent aging potential. Su'Aro pairs wonderfully with robust dishes, such as grilled red meats, spicy stews, or aged cheeses, enhancing and complementing gastronomic experiences with its characteristic and memorable presence. Su'Aro is undoubtedly a wine that represents the magic and character of the Sardinian land.
