A wine that is produced exclusively with grapes from the cellar, of quality and cultivated in compliance with the biological balance of the vineyard, through low production yields per vine. The result is a reduction in the environmental impact given the low use of fertilizers and pesticides, and a great benefit to grape quality and life.
Winemaking is classic in red with maceration and fermentation on the skin until all sugars are used up, at temperatures around 25 °. The aaging is in steel tanks, and bottling is done no earlier than 8 months after the grapes are harvested.
To calyx if it has color intense ruby red. On the nose it recalls spicy aromas and red berried fruits. When tasted, it immediately shows a medium body and soft tannins that are not aggressive thus ensuring easy drinking.
The Merlot of the Cinti Floriano winery ensures a delicious and at the same time quality drink. At the table it goes beautifully with courses of white and red meats, aged cheeses.
