Merlot DOC of Az. Agricola Gaggioli is born in the fertile land of Friuli Venezia Giulia, an area known for its temperate climate and mineral-rich soils, ideal for this international grape variety. The Merlot, with its juicy pulp and soft character, expresses here its full elegance, thanks to a careful vinification that preserves the varietal characteristics.

In the glass, it shows an intense ruby color, while on the nose it reveals aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, accompanied by pleasant spicy hints and light herbaceous notes. On the palate, it is round and velvety, with delicate tannins and a harmonious finish that invites another sip.

Perfect to accompany white meat dishes and medium-aged cheeses, this Merlot confirms the versatility and refined territoriality of the Gaggioli winery.
