Composed, this Meursault Les Grands Charrone by Philippe Bouzereau presents a rich yet restrained aromatic profile: ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, a fresh citrus imprint and floral hints that do not overpower. In the background there are touches of almond and a light toasty note that add complexity without weighing it down; the whole conveys a refined sense of balance rather than opulence, inviting appreciation of the finesse in each sip.

On the palate it reveals a creamy yet lively texture, with well-integrated acidity and a salinity that supports the progression to a pleasant finish. It pairs well with richer seafood dishes — shellfish, buttered fish or preparations with light sauces — as well as soft cheeses; serve cool, around 10–12 °C, to best capture the interplay between structure and freshness.
