Elegant and measured, this Côte d'Or Pinot Noir by Philippe Bouzereau immediately shows a fragrant profile: ripe small red fruits, raspberry and cherry, floral nuances and a very light earthy note that invites a sip.

The wine's rhythm is subtle, with lively acidity and fine tannins that support a medium-bodied structure without weighing it down; the texture is silky and the balance favors precision over power, making it pleasant on the palate and easy to pair. The finish is refined and leaves a fresh, slightly spicy impression. It presents as a bottle suitable for relatively early drinking but capable of showing greater complexity with a few years in the cellar; serve cool, around 14–16 °C, to appreciate its nuances. It pairs well with roasted white meats, mushroom dishes, terrines and delicate cured meats, as well as soft cheeses: pairings that enhance its texture and finesse without overpowering its grace.
