Millennio by Castello di Cacchiano is a Chianti Classico DOCG Gran Selezione that represents the excellence of the Chianti Classico territory, the beating heart of Tuscan winemaking tradition. Produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, this wine embodies the perfect balance between structure and finesse, reflecting the vintage and the particular care in cultivating the vineyards located on calcareous and clay soils.

The aging takes place in selected oak barrels, giving Millennio elegant notes of sweet spices, tobacco, and cocoa, which intertwine with aromas of ripe red fruits. On the palate, it stands out for a velvety tannic texture, fresh acidity, and aromatic persistence that highlights its complexity and harmony.

Perfect to accompany meat dishes such as roasts, braises, and aged cheeses, this Gran Selezione expresses all the passion and mastery of Castello di Cacchiano in enhancing an iconic grape variety like Sangiovese, offering an intense and highly elegant sensory experience. The Magnum bottle adds further prestige, ideal for special moments to share.
