Il Mines Fumin by La Crotta di Vegneron is an authentic wine born in the heart of the Aosta Valley, among the picturesque vineyards climbing the mountain slopes. Obtained exclusively from the Fumin grape variety, an indigenous grape perfectly adapted to the cold climate and high altitudes, this wine intensely expresses its unique territoriality. Its aging takes place in oak barrels, which provide structure and complexity without overpowering the natural freshness and fruity notes.

On the olfactory examination, Mines Fumin opens with scents of small red fruits, cherry, and blackberry, accompanied by slight spicy and mineral nuances. On the palate, it is balanced, with well-calibrated tannins and a persistent finish that recalls the rustic and sincere character of the mountain. Ideal paired with grilled meats, game, or aged cheeses, it is a glass that proudly tells the story of its land of origin.
