It evokes family and sacredness, austerity, dedication and love. It comes from the name of a place where the vineyard of the same name is located and from which the enological project started.
The grapes are harvested by hand from the Madre Chiesa vineyard in the last week of September. There fermentation is in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C for 15 days. A refined wine 12 months in large barrels and 3 months in the bottle.
A wine that pours into the glass with a red color ruby with garnet reflections. A rich perfume of Fr.small red fruits, spicy notes and a light shade of goudron they create an intoxicating bouquet that is pleasant to the nose.
When tasted, it shows a full-flavored red, with a good structure, with mature and well-developed tannins; excellent in combination with red meats, game, roasts and medium-aged cheese platters. A great pure Sangiovese that has made many agree and has made many change their minds.
