Mount Hermon Cabernet Sauvignon - Hermon is born in the homonymous Israeli mountainous region, a unique terroir where altitude and climate deeply influence the character of the wine. This Cabernet Sauvignon best expresses its varietal characteristics thanks to the calcareous-clayey soils and significant nighttime temperature variations, which impart elegance and structure.

The wine presents an intense ruby red color, accompanied by aromas rich in ripe red fruits such as currant and cherry, enhanced by typical herbaceous nuances and a slight hint of spice due to aging, which often takes place in oak barrels to blend firm tannins and softness. On the palate, it is enveloping, with a full body and a persistent finish, ideal to accompany red meats, roasts, or aged cheeses.

A refined expression of Cabernet Sauvignon that tells the uniqueness of the Mount Hermon territory, perfect for those seeking a wine with character and depth.
