Descrizione

Mount Hermon Moscato è un eccellente vino israeliano realizzato con uve Moscato di Canelli coltivate nel Golan meridionale, e prodotto tramite fermentazione a freddo. Nel calice sfoggia un bellissimo colore giallo paglierino brillante. Il profilo olfattivo comprende intense note aromatiche fruttate tra cui spiccano mela verde, pesca, mandarino, ananas e lime, mescolate a dolci aromi floreali di fiori freschi. Un sorso in perfetta armonia con il profumo che soddisfa il palato con la sua leggera frizzantezza e sapore dolce.

Un vino particolarmente beverino che si consiglia di abbinare a dessert a base di frutta e dolci da credenza e pasticceria secca.

Winery history

Hermon is one of the commercial lines of the Golan Heights Winery. The parent company, active since the 1980s, has developed distinct labels to cover different market segments, leveraging the high-altitude vineyards of northern Israel to offer wines with good value for money.
