The Muffato della Sala in magnum format, presented in a wooden case, is offered by Marchesi Antinori under the Umbria IGT designation from the Castello della Sala estate. The production reflects the house’s experience; the label retains the reference to typicity and origin. The wooden case gives a gift-like character and provides good protection for transport and short-term storage.

In the glass it shows a rich, enveloping personality: aromas of ripe fruit, honeyed notes and floral hints, followed by balanced sweetness and a freshness that prevents cloying. Its structure suits fruit-based desserts, dry pastries and blue cheeses; it can also be a meditation wine for special occasions. It is advisable to open it shortly before serving and to serve it cool. Store in a stable place away from heat.
