In the glass it shows a light, lively perlage, a pale straw color and a bouquet that plays on white flowers and delicate fresh fruit: green citrus, apple and a faint aromatic note that recalls the mountains. Slight herbaceous hints are also perceptible, underlining its freshness; the palate is brisk, dominated by fresh acidity and a salinity that lengthens the finish and enhances its drinkability. The body is slim but well defined, balanced between softness and tension, with a pleasant persistence that invites another sip.

Suitable as an aperitif or to accompany seafood starters, sushi, summer salads and fresh cheeses, it reveals its best expression served cold, around 6–8 °C, and consumed young to enjoy its aromatic vivacity. It also lends itself to crustacean dishes and light recipes; served in a wide glass it highlights the aromatic profile. It is a lightly sparkling wine of luminous style, designed for those seeking an immediate, clean and easy-to-pair wine, able to enliven the table without overwhelming it.
