Paolo Giordano's Nebbiolo Langhe shows an elegant, measured profile: it wears a light ruby with garnet highlights and an aromatic weave that plays on compact red fruits, hints of dried rose and a touch of undergrowth. The palate is supported by fresh acidity and well-sculpted but unobtrusive tannins, which provide structure without weighing it down; the sip flows with good depth and finishes with a savory, slightly spicy persistence, leaving a clean sensation that invites a second glass.

Versatile, it pairs well with not-too-rich land dishes: tagliatelle with ragù, roasted white meats, sautéed mushrooms and medium-aged cheeses find harmony with its energy. Serve at around 16–18 °C; a brief decant in a carafe can round out the more austere profiles without compromising its freshness. Suitable for those seeking a clean, accessible Nebbiolo, with character and drinkability.
