This wine embodies the true Mediterranean essence of Negroamaro and reflects the elegance that characterizes the wines produced by Fino. It is the result of a scrupulous selection of the grapes harvested after a short drying in the vineyard, followed by vinification in steel and nine months of maturation in first and second passage barriques.

Its name, "Jo", takes inspiration from the Ionian sea, which laps the coasts of Manduria. Furthermore, the term "Jonico" is a synonym of Negroamaro, the native vine that best represents Salento.

In the glass, it has a dark ruby red color and it offers an aromatic profile that faithfully reflects the varietal characteristics. Fruity notes emerge, together with floral and spicy hints that evoke the Mediterranean landscape. On the palate, the wine is soft, enveloping and well balanced, with a pleasant freshness that invites you to the next sip. The finish is long and gives a memorable flavor.

It is perfect for accompanying traditional Apulian dishes, grilled meat, mature cheeses but also chocolate desserts.
