The "Nero d'Avola Syrah DOC - Benuara" produced by the renowned Cusumano winery is a distinctive example of Sicilian viticultural potential that blends two very characteristic varieties: Nero d'Avola and Syrah. This wine represents a perfect fusion between the lively robustness of Nero d'Avola and the spicy and aromatic nuances of Syrah.

Distinguished by its deep color, this wine reveals complex notes of ripe red fruits such as cherry and blackberry, intertwined with hints of vanilla and black pepper, inherited from periods of aging in wood. The careful selection of grapes and the meticulous winemaking process conducted by the Cusumano winery ensure a high-quality product that best expresses the peculiarities of both grapes.

On the palate, the "Benuara" stands out for its vigorous entry, well balanced by a pleasant acidity and soft tannins that lead to a persistent and pleasantly spicy finish. The structure and complexity of this wine make it ideal for pairing with rich dishes such as roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses.

The cultivation of grapes on well-sunned and ventilated Sicilian lands contributes to enhancing the concentrated aromaticity of the wine, which, thanks to the modern winemaking techniques adopted by Cusumano, maintains an elegant freshness.

Ideal for those who love full-bodied yet balanced wines, the "Nero d'Avola Syrah DOC - Benuara" by Cusumano is an excellent choice for those who wish to discover the unmistakable imprint of the Sicilian terroir. A true gem that deserves to be savored on special occasions.
