The Terre Siciliane DOC - Angimbè by Cusumano is a captivating wine that captures the essence of Sicily through an unusual yet deliciously harmonious varietal pairing. This white wine is primarily made from Insolia and Chardonnay grapes, two varieties that together create a unique taste profile.

Visually, the Angimbè presents a straw yellow color with golden highlights, heralding the richness and complexity of its bouquet. On the nose, the wine offers a varied range of aromas: from hints of ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango to lightly toasted and vanilla notes, derived from brief aging in wood.

On the palate, Angimbè stands out for its perfect balance between lively acidity and a rich, round body. The freshness of the Insolia blends beautifully with the softness and creaminess of the Chardonnay, leaving a velvety and lingering sensation. The fruity notes and subtle vanilla spiciness chase each other to a long and pleasantly aromatic finish.

This wine pairs magnificently with a variety of dishes, from seafood to the most refined Mediterranean cuisine. It is ideal to accompany dishes such as seafood risotto or roasted chicken with aromatic herbs.

Ultimately, the Angimbè by Cusumano is a testament to Sicilian winemaking innovation, managing to combine tradition and modernity in a glass of wine that is both a pleasure for the palate and a fascinating olfactory experience.
