Nibbio della Sala Umbria IGT is a white wine from Marchesi Antinori produced at Castello della Sala. Presented in magnum format and packaged in a wooden case, it is aimed at those looking for a bottle suitable for convivial meals and corporate gifts. The name and the denomination refer to its Umbrian origin and the producer's history; no details on harvest, grape variety or winemaking techniques are provided here.

In the glass it shows a balanced aromatic profile, with fruity and floral notes and a sense of freshness that makes it pleasant at the table. Its structure pairs well with appetizers, fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses; it can be served as an aperitif or during a group dinner. Recommended serving temperature around 8–12 °C. The magnum format and wooden case enhance the bottle both for short-term keeping and for presentation: ideal for those who want a format to share.
