Nirvasco Barolo del Comune di Serralunga signed by Bersano expresses an authentic, easily recognizable character: on the nose there are notes of rose petal, small red fruits and a subtle earthy undertone accompanied by delicate spices. The sip is taut and vertical, with freshness that balances the firm tannic structure; overall it shows a balance between body and finesse, and the aromas open slowly, evolving in the glass without force. The impression is of controlled substance, more oriented toward persistence than immediate aromatic explosions.

On the palate it confirms its structure and length, with fruity echoes, balsamic notes and a mineral finish that remains clean. It is suitable for aging and will give its best after a few years in bottle, but it is already capable of accompanying robust dishes: braised meats, roasts, aged cheeses and preparations based on mushrooms or truffle. A generous glass and a moderate serving temperature enhance the fruit and complexity, allowing for a sip of great gastronomic dignity.
