San Pietro Realto di Bersano is a Ruchè di Castagnole DOCG with immediate and characteristic aromas: it opens with a delicate bouquet of rose and violet petals, small red fruits and a spicy hint reminiscent of pink pepper and subtle herbal notes. The palate is slim but present; the acidity supports the sip without being intrusive, the tannins are soft and well integrated, and the savory texture gives it a smooth flow. The finish is pleasant, with floral echoes that invite a second taste. It presents itself as a convivial wine to pair with cured meats and medium-aged cheeses, flavorful first courses based on mushrooms or light meat sauces, and roasted white meats.

Serve slightly chilled, around 14-16 °C, to enhance aroma and freshness; it can also stand up to more structured dishes without losing its elegance. It is also enjoyable paired with traditional local dishes.
