Organic Nocino is a delicious expression of ancient Italian liqueurs, obtained through the traditional infusion of green walnuts in alcohol, following organic farming and production methods. This drink, presented in a 50 cl bottle, celebrates authenticity and respect for nature.

The walnuts used to create this nocino are handpicked at the peak of their spring development, still wrapped in their soft green husk. After harvesting, they are left to macerate in pure organic alcohol, along with a careful blend of natural spices including cinnamon and cloves, which contribute to creating a rich and enveloping aromatic profile.

The maturation phase extends over several months, during which the nocino acquires its characteristic dark hue and an intensely aromatic flavor, with distinct notes of walnut, wood, and subtle hints of vanilla and sweet spices. The taste complexity is completed with a velvety texture and a persistently warm and enveloping finish.
