The Nuits St Georges Vieilles Vignes of A. Chopin et Fils embodies the richness and elegance typical of the famous Burgundy appellation. Produced in the prestigious Nuits-Saint-Georges area, this wine comes from old vines, which provide an extraordinary concentration of aromas and a particularly refined structure. The main grape variety, Pinot Noir, expresses itself here in all its complexity, highlighting a fine and velvety tannic texture, supported by a beautiful acidity that ensures longevity and balance.

The wine traditionally matures in French oak barrels, which give it delicate spicy and vanilla notes, without ever overpowering the unmistakable fruity and floral character. In the glass, it presents an intense ruby color, while the nose releases aromas of ripe red fruits, undergrowth, and slight earthy nuances. On the palate, it is full, enveloping, with a long and harmonious finish.

Perfect to accompany game dishes, roasted red meats, or aged cheeses, the Nuits St Georges Vieilles Vignes of A. Chopin et Fils is an authentic expression of Burgundy tradition, capable of conquering the most demanding enthusiasts.
