Orbis Chardonnay Bio from Cantina Erzetiĉ is a white wine born in the heart of a territory dedicated to sustainable viticulture, where respect for the environment translates into an authentic and refined product. Cultivated with organic methods, this Chardonnay expresses elegant aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit, such as peach and apricot, accompanied by light floral hints and a delicate buttery note due to careful and well-balanced aging. The passage in wood, if present, is expertly dosed to preserve the freshness and minerality typical of the grape variety, characteristic of the terroir on which Cantina Erzetiĉ operates with passion. On the palate, it reveals a soft and enveloping structure, with a balanced acidity that facilitates pairing with fish dishes, white meats, and fresh cheeses, ideal for those seeking a versatile and genuine white wine.

Winery history
The Erzetič family has been in Višnjevik for centuries: the family estate has documented historical roots dating back to 1725 and in recent decades has been revitalised by the younger generations. The winery blends the traditional heritage of terraced vineyards with investments in the cellar and projects to transition to ecological practices.
Production philosophy
The approach combines respect for the land with contemporary techniques: careful viticultural practices, stainless-steel vinification for fresh wines, and selected ageing in oak barrels and large buried amphorae to express terroir and longevity.
Terroir and vineyards
Situated in Višnjevik, Goriška Brda, the estate cultivates terraced vineyards on soils rich in marls and laporti, with flysch formations. The microclimate is influenced by the proximity of the Adriatic Sea and alpine currents, factors that contribute to the minerality and acidity typical of the local wines.
Awards and recognitions
The winery has received recognition in international competitions; public listings include medals at the Decanter World Wine Awards for some labels, including the Rebula in some editions.
