Pairing Dessert, pastries, fresh fruit
Palmargentina Dessert Rosé 2025 by Costaripa offers a warm, enveloping profile, with a pale pink color and salmon highlights. On the nose it opens with fragrances of ripe stone fruit and small red berries, followed by light floral notes that don’t weigh it down; the sweetness is evident but well balanced by a fresh acidic spine that keeps the wine lively and easy-drinking. The texture is soft, with a clean aromatic profile and a pleasant return of fruit that invites the next sip.

On the palate it shows balance: the sugary sensation doesn’t overpower the body, leaving room for a pleasant sapidity that prolongs the drinking. It’s a dessert rosé meant to be paired with fruit-based desserts, light pastries, or fresh cheeses; try serving it cold, around 8–10 °C, to enhance its freshness. A wine to enjoy in company, simple but with personality, ideal for those seeking an after-dinner option that is never cloying.
