Pairing Aperitifs, fish appetizers, light desserts
Mattia Vezzola Rosé Brut from Costaripa shows a pale pink color and a fine perlage that invites the first sip. On the nose it is delicate yet defined: hints of red berries and a light floral note intertwine with citrus accents, while a touch of bread crust adds depth to the profile. The overall impression is elegant and immediate, with a freshness that makes it easygoing without losing character.

On the palate it reveals a slim, well-balanced sip, supported by vibrant acidity and a saline minerality that carries through to a dry, pleasantly persistent finish. The structure is light but coherent: tension and clarity of flavor make it a great match for crudos and shellfish, delicate fish dishes or fresh cheeses; it is equally effective as a sparkling aperitif or with light desserts made with red berries. Serve well chilled to appreciate its liveliness.
