Un vino passito autentico e speciale come lo è Tatù, il pastore tedesco di Dino Zoli, un’amica fedele e leale che con il suo affetto incondizionato e la sua presenza amorevole, riscalda il cuore.

Ottenuto da uve appassite naturalmente in fruttaio per circa 40 giorni, che di consueto vengono raccolte durante la seconda decade di Settembre. Le uve vengono messe a macerare sulle bucce e sui raspi per 15 giorni e successivamente affinate 1 anno in barrique di rovere.

Nel calice si riversa con colore rosso granato, all'olfatto e al gusto è un vino che parla di more e visciole, e con l’ossigeno subentrano note agrumate, di dulcamara ed ambiziose meteore minerali e di goudron. 

Al sorso è avvolgente, con un sapore ricco di radici di liquirizia e note mentolate, per volgere sul finale ad una composta dolcezza ed a tannini vellutati. In tavola è ottimo in abbinamento a formaggi cremosi e stagionati, dolci da credenza, crostate di frutta e dessert al cioccolato fondente.
