The Pavillon Blanc - Margaux presents itself as a white wine of elegant restraint from Margaux. In the glass it shows a bright straw colour; on the nose it offers fresh, intense aromas recalling white flowers, citrus notes and herbaceous nuances. The aromatic profile is clean and linear, without excess, and conveys a sense of precision and finesse. Some mineral impressions and a light saline accent help balance the fruity component, making the overall profile more layered.

On the palate it reveals a balanced structure with pleasant acidity that supports the sip, a silky texture and a clean, medium-persistent finish. Suitable to be served as an aperitif or paired with light seafood dishes, delicate white meats and fresh cheeses. Serving temperature around 8-10 °C. It is a versatile, characterful option that can accompany informal occasions as well as more refined meals. Particularly fitting with shellfish, sushi and summer vegetable dishes; a tulip glass is recommended to enhance its aromas.
