The Penon Pinot Grigio Alto Adige DOC produced by Cantina Cortaccia is born in a territory suited to quality grapes, characterized by an alpine climate softened by Mediterranean currents, ideal for enhancing the elegance of the pinot grigio grape variety. The grapes, hand-harvested, are carefully vinified to preserve freshness and varietal aromas.

The result is a wine with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, a refined aromatic profile where notes of white-fleshed fruit such as pear and apple meet floral hints and a delicate minerality typical of this terroir. On the palate, there is a perfect balance between lively acidity and softness, with a persistence that invites another sip.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes, shellfish, and salads, the Penon Pinot Grigio represents the authentic expression of Alto Adige.
