The Pessac-Léognan Rouge from Château De Rochemorin is an intense and complex expression of the Bordeaux region, specifically from the Graves area. This wine embodies the characteristics of the unique terroir from which it originates, known for its gravel-rich soils that endow the wines with a particularly refined structure.

Produced primarily from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this wine is distinguished by its deep ruby color that tends to garnet with aging. The nose offers a varied bouquet where notes of ripe red fruits such as plum and cherry emerge, skillfully intertwined with nuances of vanilla and tobacco, a result of aging in French oak barrels.

On the palate, the Pessac-Léognan Rouge from Château De Rochemorin is rich and fully balanced. The entry is robust yet harmonious, with a velvety tannin that perfectly counterpoints the moderate acidity. This is a wine that exhibits an elegant complexity, with a persistence that delivers a long, spicy finish.

Ideal to accompany red meat dishes, such as grilled beef fillet or lamb in a herb crust, this wine also pairs excellently with aged cheeses. It is furthermore an outstanding candidate for aging, capable of evolving and acquiring additional complex nuances for several years in the cellar.

Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C to enhance all its qualities. A wine that not only narrates the story of a region, but also the art and passion of the family that produces it, ensuring a rich and fulfilling sensory experience.
