The Pétillant Perles Grises Brut by Patrice Colin is a unique sparkling wine that captivates with its distinct aromatic profile and refined effervescence. Produced in the picturesque Loire region of France, this wine stands out due to the use of Pineau d’Aunis, a local grape variety rarely used in sparkling wines.

Visually, the Perles Grises presents a delicately rosé color with silvery-grey hues, attributed to the unique tint of the grapes. On the nose, it opens with lively aromas of fresh red fruits, floral notes, and a hint of light spices, promising an intriguing sip. On the palate, the drink reveals its complexity: the attack is fresh and lively, followed by pleasant acidity and a light minerality that cleanses the palate, making it extremely drinkable.

It is recommended to serve the Pétillant Perles Grises Brut well-chilled to enhance its effervescence and freshness. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish-based dishes, or seafood and can surprisingly accompany not-too-sweet desserts.

An excellent option for those seeking a sparkling wine out of the ordinary, that entices with a second glass thanks to its pleasant persistence and finely fruity aftertaste.
