Petite Arvine, a product of the Les Cretes company, has been vinified in purity since 1992. The native vines are grown in highly fragmented vineyards, planted at high densities, a consequence of the slope of the sandy soils that allow excellent conditions for management.

The production heart of Petite Arvine is located on the hill in front of the Coteau La Tour, in an area dominated for the most part by arduous vineyard slopes. In this splendid mountain landscape, Les Cretes has found a perfect harmony between the positive influences of natural agents and the development of the vine, generating an extremely fresh and mineral wine, with a marked aromatic component and intense softness.

Petite Arvine is a white grape variety from Valle d'Aosta with late ripening, the name derives from the "Arvine" variety and the size of its berries, precisely small "petite" in French.

After the harvest, the grapes undergo refrigeration and soft pressing of the whole bunch, the fermentation of 12 days is carried out in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 14 ° C with aging "sur lies" for about 2 months.

It is admired in its bright straw yellow color. Floral aromas of jasmine and peony arrive on the nose, with fruity hints of apple, passion fruit, plum and citrus. The taste is sapid and balanced, with mineral overtones.

A wine characterized by a great salinity and minerality, typical qualities of mountain wines. An excellent glass as an aperitif, which can also be enjoyed with marinated tuna carpaccio but also in combination with linguine with pesto, salted sea bream or salmon trout with aromatic herbs.
