The "Mon Blanc" of Les Crêtes is a wine pearl that emerges from the Aosta Valley, one of the most picturesque and least explored wine regions in Italy. This white wine is a vibrant expression of native varieties and winemaking techniques that reflect the rich tradition and innovation of the Les Crêtes winery, one of the leading companies in the Aosta Valley wine scene. Featuring a holistic approach to viticulture, Les Crêtes enhances the local viticultural heritage by producing wines that speak eloquently of their unique terroir.

"Mon Blanc" is a blend of mainly native varieties, which may include Petit Arvine, Prié Blanc, and other grapes that find their ideal habitat in the alpine conditions of the Aosta Valley. This composition offers a wine that is a mosaic of flavors and aromas, enhanced by a microclimate that gives the grapes a distinctive freshness and minerality.

At sight, "Mon Blanc" presents a light straw yellow color, with brilliant reflections that anticipate its liveliness. On the nose, the wine expresses a wide range of aromas: white pulp fruits, such as peach and pear, floral accents and an almost crystalline mineral note that recalls the purity of the Aosta Valley mountains. This olfactory complexity invites a tasting that promises to be equally rich.

In the mouth, "Mon Blanc" by Les Crêtes surprises with its freshness and dynamism. The acidity is well balanced and supports a medium-light body, making the wine extremely pleasant and drinkable. The flavors faithfully reflect the olfactory bouquet, with an aromatic persistence that leads to a clean and refreshing finish, where the mineral notes blend with a delicate fruity aroma.

This wine is a perfect exemplification of Les Crêtes' ability to interpret the Aosta Valley territory through wines of great character. "Mon Blanc" pairs beautifully with fish dishes, light appetizers and fresh cheeses, but can also be enjoyed as an aperitif, where its freshness stimulates the palate, preparing it for the meal.

With its respectful and innovative approach to viticulture, Les Crêtes continues to amaze and delight wine lovers, offering with "Mon Blanc" an experience that is both a journey through the unique flavors of the Aosta Valley and a tribute to diversity and richness of the Italian wine heritage.
